Due to the weather conditions we want to remind everyone on the proper procedures for handling game cancellations due to weather conditions and closed fields. As soon as clubs may become aware that fields are closed for games this weekend:

• 1. Notify the home team referee assignor immediately so that scheduled referees can be notified of the cancellations.
• 2. Notify the visiting team by phone and email of the cancellation. Remember that team contacts must login first to see the other team contact information on the website. Please do all possible to get a verbal confirmation from the opposing team. If you must leave a voicemail message please back it up with an email.
• 3. To reschedule any cancelled games due to weather, within two weeks after the cancelled game the two teams should agree on a make up date for the postponed game. The home team/club should then contact the home team's referee assignor to schedule a referee. The referee assignor will contact the league with the make up game information and it will be scheduled and posted on the league website. They are then considered as scheduled games and it will require a game change form to be submitted for any changes to those rescheduled games.

Oak Brook Park District is located across the street from the McDonalds Headquarters on Jorie Blvd., one block north of 31st street.

On Rt. 83, exit 31st St. east to Jorie Blvd. Left(north) on Jorie Blvd to Forest Gate Rd. Left(west) on Forest Gate Rd then right(north) on Entrance Rd., this is just before the indoor facility and parking lot. Continue on Entrance Rd to fork in road. Take left fork for soccer fields.

294 South: exit Cermak Rd/22nd St. West on Cermak/22nd St. to Jorie Blvd. Left(south) on Jorie Blvd to Forest Gate Rd, right(west)on Forest Gate Rd then follow above directions.
294 North: exit Ogden Ave. West on Ogden Ave. to Rt. 83. Take North Rt. 83 ramp and follow above directions.
88(East-West Tollway) West: exit Rt. 83(Kingery Highway)south. Continue south to 31st St. Follow above directions.
88(East-West Tollway) East: exit Midwest Rd. South on Midwest to 31st St. Left(east) on 31st St. to Jorie Blvd. Follow above directions.

From North:
I55 South To Exit at County Line Road and go North. Take County Line Road to 47th Street (East Chicago Ave.). Turn right (East) on 47th Street and proceed to Veeck Park, just before the I-294 overpass.

From Far West Suburbs:
I-55 North toward Chicago.
